PDC Drill bit bodies manufacturing

Our Company has accumulated significant experience in different Drill bit bodies manufacturing by present moment. Our engineers are in charge of technology support of manufacture. They can develop brand new body design as per Customer specification using our own unique methodology if there is no suitable bit existed.

To make order of bit body following information shall be submitted first:

• 3D-model of Drill bit body, blank part for machining, tech drawing of seats and nozzle ports, blank part and welded connection drawing (if applicable).
• Specify types and sizes of inserts (PDC cutters, antivibration inserts and etc), requirements to seats and holes of the body.
• Material and heat treatment requirements.
• Hard facing scheme if any is required.
• Gauge OD – if any grinding is required.
• Quantity.
• Other requirements.
